Our condo just been been completely renovated with new flooring, new kitchen design, designer paint, new appliances and king mattress! You will absolutely love our new walk in shower with glass doors! It is one of only a few 'PLATINUM' rated units in the Crystal Sands complex. You will notice the difference the minute you open the front door. This 'IS NOT' your typical beach condo. No pink flamingos on lime green & yellow walls. You will find designer furnishings and brand new custom window treatments throughout our unit.

On your way down the hall you will notice 18' tile, crown molding and designer artwork in every room. The large living area features a matched over sized chair and sofa with a side chair and accent rug.

The kitchen features granite counters and a granite bar with custom bar stools. The fully stocked kitchen has a new dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water through the door and a glass top range and matching microwave.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with designer bedspread, pillow shams, and accent pillows. There is a TV and DVD for your enjoyment!

The master bath has a designer counter top and a brand new custom tiled shower!

You will enjoy your first cup of coffee each morning on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming past. It is also a great location for the children to have lunch before heading back to the beach or pool.

You can't describe the view from this unit. The sugar white sand, emerald green water and activity on the water and the sun setting in the evening leaves one wishing they had more time to enjoy Crystal Sands.

Beginning March, 2018, the entire complex will be smoke free.

Short spring break family getaway

We had a short spring break family getaway and the condo was as advertised. Very clean. Comfortable. And amazing location and neighborhood. Beach was easily accessible. Unfortunately the beach conditions weren’t great but can’t control the weather. Would stay again! Thank you.

Whether it’s the ease of access to the beach, the daily chair service, close proximity to many activities around town there were many things to love about this place. We have already recommended it to multiple friends and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo with private beach access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location was great, and the private beach access was wonderful. The unit itself was clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed having the pool as a backup from the beach when it was too hazardous to go in the water or after dark. My only (very minor) complaint about the whole stay was being on the middle floor and the walls being somewhat less than soundproof (this went both ways, as our daughter dropped her phone in the middle of the night and woke a sleeping baby in the unit below us. :-!). Overall, everyone around us was respectful of the quiet hours and it didn't detract from our stay at all. The host provided the check-in information very early in the process and things were seamless upon arrival. The checkout instructions were also very reasonable. We would absolutely stay here again on future trips to Destin.

Great location without being overcrowded

First off the view is amazing which is always a must for me, probably the clearest I've ever seen Destin waters. The building appears quite old which makes this updated unit all the more impressive. The kitchen looks new and was all we needed. My kids loved the bunk beds. Umbrella and chairs being included is nice although we didn't know it's first come first serve for location so we were stuck at the end with the public beach crowd spilling over in front of us the first day (go throw your towel on your chairs early!). That was fixed next day and our spot was perfect for all day beach affairs with the kids the rest of the trip. We def plan on booking this place again!

Great little Condo with incredible access to beach

This is probably the best beach-front condo I've ever stayed in as far as access to the beach. The unit is nicely remodeled and feels great. We will definitely be back. The cleaning prior to our arrival wasn't great, but it also wasn't awful. We chose to do some quick cleaning ourselves and didn't bother the property owner. Mostly wiping down the kitchen cabinets, things like that.

Awesome place! Updated with great view!

The condo was spot on great. Clean inside well maintained nice upgrades. The location is perfect for anything you may want to do or see. The whole neighborhood and area surrounding is clean and new. If you rent this condo you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be staying there again!
