"Cleaning services showed up only twice and that too after calling them couple of times during five night stay. You could hear footsteps when people are walking on the floor above yours. Missing lids for coffee cups and regular half and half milk."

"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"Their front desk guy Cyrus is rude and a power tripper. Their staff don’t communicate and then the guest is who ends up being blamed. I was told one thing over the phone and he still argued with me instead of getting his supervisor who was for sure there at the time. We didn’t even check in, we took our money elsewhere. Don’t stay here unless you’re rich and white cause they’ll treat you like garbage."

"Confirmed a real crib would be available for our stay before booking because my baby does not do well in pack and plays for sleeping and got in at 1:00 am and checked in and they had no idea where a crib was and didn’t even have a real crib at this point. Almost an hour later a pack and play is provided with the hardest mattress and in the worst condition but it’s 2:00 and we all need sleep.
