-When it’s windy, there can be dirt that blows into the pool. We will do our best to have it cleaned in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this might happen during your visit.

-The pool is not very deep, and diving is not suggested. Please be mindful of all children around the pool area and swim at your own risk. Never leave children unattended.


Please Note:
This property gets 2 times a week pool service on Tuesday and Friday

This property gets gardening service every other Monday.

Please note that pool man and gardener may come during your stay for service but will not have access to the inside of the house.

Please no more than 8 guests (Day time and overnight guests), as per city ordinance

5 cars maximum can be parked during your stay. (2 cars inside the garage 2 Cars on the driveway and one car on the street in front of the house )

Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.

Short-Term Vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line

The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited.

Citywide quiet hours are 10pm to 8 am during which exterior maximum noise level is 50 dB(A) and interior maximum noise level is 40dB(A). From 8 am to 10pm the exterior maximum noise level is 65 dB(A) and interior maximum noise level is 50dB(A).

Noise complaints will be fines $1000 to $5000
No outdoor activity after 10 PM

Please keep the noises inside the house by closed all windows and doors
