"I only stay at this Best Western when I’m in the Summerlin area. Conveniently located and very safe. Staff are all very friendly and very accommodating when I need assistance. I will be back. "

"VIP benefit I don't know what that is. I did not get it. Easy to get from registration desk to the room elevator. Valet at no charge (maybe this was VIP not sure) but they were good. Not crowded"

"Everything was great"

"Overall the experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff checked in daily to see if we needed anything and ensured all our needs were met. The only thing we weren’t to pleased with was the pressure once we arrived to go to concierge and felt sales pressured to sign up for a vacation club tour. I feel that it should be suggested and let the guest decide if they want to go on the tour and not feel pressured that we have to sign up right there. We lost $40 due to deciding not to go on...

"Great! Great place to stay in Vegas. We come here all the time and it always it a great stay. "

"Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff! Great for families. The pool is clean and not to deep 4 ft) which is great for families traveling with kids. Free continental Breakfast too. Staff was friendly and so helpful! Highly recommend. Its also a 7 minute drive from red rock hotel and casino. "

"The property is stunning. It feels elegant and private, with serene water features throughout. The room was large and beautifully decorated. They had multiple gyms and a beautiful spa.The only thing lacking was the bar assortment in the casinos, and the fact that the restaurants, all closed early."

"Receptionist was very warm and friendly. Hotel is new and very clean with ample free parking. There is a small pool which we didn’t use. The 2-Queen bed suite on the first floor is spacious. Shower and toilet are in good condition. Water pressure is good. Continental breakfast has a good selection. Staff is very friendly. I asked for an extra set of towels and they came within 10-15 minutes. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend."
