Our studio apartment located in the historical Argonne building is in the heart of downtown Des Moines! This place is stocked with the necessities to make for an enjoyable stay! Amenities include elevator, wifi, secured building, smart TV, and your own washer and dryer. Located across from the Sculpture Park, walking distance to all the amazing restaurants on Ingersoll, Confluence and Big Grove Brewery are just steps away - enjoy everything downtown has to offer!

Welcome to downtown DSM! You'll be surrounded with numerous dining and entertainment options just steps away. Don't miss the beautiful Sculpture Park, located right across the street. Even an eclectic Consignment shop located right in the building! Big Grove Brewery & Confluence Brewery just a few blocks away!

You have access to the entire building.

Welcome to our studio apartment, thoughtfully crafted with your comfort in mind. Step into this generously sized, open space where you'll discover a dreamy queen-sized bed, a smart TV for your entertainment, and a fully stocked kitchen. In addition, you'll have the convenience of a separate room housing a washer and dryer, along with a well-appointed bathroom. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, rest assured that everything you need for a perfect stay - long term or short term - is right here at your fingertips.

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, there is great public transit, bike lanes, even downtown sky walks to avoid bad weather! And of course Uber is only a text away.

The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night life, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held.

Older building, but the apartment was clean and nice.

Was here in DSM for five days for work. Everything about the stay was easy. Building is relatively quiet, check-in was a breeze, communication was regular and super. Questions got answered promptly. Location is great - I had an electric scooter with me, parked my car on Tuesday and didn't touch it again until Sunday. If you can get parking in front of the building, do so. There's some construction right now around the corner that has taken a number of spots out of commission. Nothing the host can do about that, obviously. Parking is super cheap - $3.25 a day, can just repay every morning. Would absolutely rebook in the future. Thanks for the hospitality!!

The unit was as advertised. Nice location right across the street from Big Grove Brewery and near a couple parks/sculpture gardens, which was nice to walk my dog. I wasn’t given notice of the construction directly in front of the property until an hour or so before checkin, so I was already on the road and didn’t have a chance to find parking alternatives until I arrived. Also was given the wrong entry code to the lockbox, so I was left standing in the hall with my dog for 10-15 mins. Quick responses from the host got me the correct code pretty quick. Would stay again with no construction for sure.
