We are just over 35 mins from the fabulous Norfolk coast. Nearby, there are many walks where you can see Deer, birds of prey and you may also be lucky enough to see the Kingfisher. This stylish apartment is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!
Local amenities include a supermarket less than 1 mile away, a golf course, a public swimming pool, ten pin bowling, A windmill, cinema and Mid Norfolk Railway. Plus twice a week there is a market in the town centre of Dereham.
The neighbouring town of Dereham boasts numerous restaurants and takeaways including pub food, Pizza, Chinese, Thai, Indian and Fish and Chips.
Staying here allows you access to the open garden in front of the property where you can enjoy the local countryside from outside seating.
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. From a newly refurbished kitchen and Shower room to a place to relax on the sofa . It offers a television and free internet access. Board games are available in the TV cabinet along with some local books to enjoy during your stay.
There is a dining area comprising of a dining table and 4 chairs which is a perfect area to dine, play board games or to use as a work area.
There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed. We also have a cot available on request.
There are multiple electric points with USB charging in the main room. Bed linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hairdryer, a torch, a first aid kit, pet bowls, ironing board and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is even some milk in the fridge for the all important hot drink on arrival.
Free parking is available at the property for one
vehicle. There is a lay-by near the Accommodation that is free to use.
CCTV is on the premises.
We have just installed an EV Charger which will incur a separate charge when you use it.

- Pets (max. 2 dogs) are allowed at the property
but must be attended at all times.
