"I enjoyed my stay, however the breakfast portion was very small even for a petite person like myself, I was still very hungry after breakfast. There was a cleaning issue with the bathroom that was overlooked by the cleaning staff that I alerted the owners to that will hopefully be fixed for future visitors. The house is great and very clean overall. The owners are very nice."

"I'm conflicted about this hotel. One the one hand, it's very stylish and looks modern. The art is a nice touch. The rooms are comfortable. Staff is nice. But ... what a terrible night. The walls are paper thin. Heard our neighbors use the bathroom, make love, moan, listen to their TVs. Had such a long night that we tried to sleep in a bit ... but then the cleaning staff was vacuuming before 9 a.m. Would I stay here again? Probably not. In addition to the noise, there aren't enough plug-ins for...

"We were in town spending time with our daughter. The location was perfect. The city is beautiful. The hotel was very clean with a very upbeat environment."

"The lobby looks great on the picture, but the layout of the hotel is NUTS! Needs some serious updating. The pool was (still) out of commission. Breakfast is not included. When we arrived, having been assured by Expedia that we had 2 King sized rooms reserved, we found that there were ZERO king sized rooms available, and that 3rd party places like Expedia have "no way of actually 'reserving' specific rooms". They tried to put us into a double! Eventually they agreed to 2 separate doubles, but...

"Parking was disappointing as you have to pay on top of your room charges and its under construction. There was a girls dance competition in town and it was very noisy all around tge hotel."

"My room was so nice and spacious. I loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Plenty of towel and cloths. The breakfast was amazing there was so many options and my favorite was the oatmeal I was able to add nuts raisins and coconut shavings. It was overall a 100/100 I would definitely book again."

"Liked they had plenty of self parking. Easy to get onto interstates from location. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Only issue was street noise was a little loud at times. Still would stay here again. "

"You’re the most part the hotel was fine. The bed was super uncomfortable and you had to pay to stay there not just the room you had to pay to park there to stay there. Also there was a long hair that belonged to somebody else in the shower in Plainview."

"While staff were respectful, the desk manager absolutely refused to budge on a deposit fee. I understand that they have policies, but the entire conversation was purely transactional, not customer oriented. I had forgotten about the deposit fee and had spent essentially my last dollar to bring my fiance in from an 11 hour road trip. I hadn’t seen her in months. The desk manager refused to let me speak to the property manager to explain our situation, stating to either pay the deposit or cancel....

"We were confused and when we booked online and called everything was going to the radisson, we did not know we had reservations at the derby hotel (big difference) although it’s under change and a bit confusing it was overall a good stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool! "
