T02 - Beacon @ Trollers Lodge

Experience the quiet beauty of Depoe Bay at this suite at Trollers Lodge! The Beacon is a studio unit with a kitchenette (no cooktop/oven) that has a microwave, mini refrigerator, Coffee maker and a toaster. The unit also has a flat screen TV with cable, and a small desk area for those that may need to bring along work.

This unit can sleep 4 with two queen beds.

There are several picnic tables and benches throughout the property available for outdoor dining and nice relaxing rest in the cool coastal air!

We are a pet friendly property in all of our units for an extra fee - those with severe allergies should be aware that we do not have any rooms that are pet free.

Actual furniture, fixtures, colors, and configurations may vary - If you are looking for something particular please ask prior to booking.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the guest rooms or on the porches.

Will definitely stay again!

We loved this little space and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family! We loved being able to walk down to the downtown strip and to the lookout overlooking the bay. There were a couple things that got missed in the cleaning of the space, but overall it was much cleaner than other places we have stayed.

Pacific View

This property showed it's age. The bathroom was very small. The idea there is a Pacific View will only apply if you open the back window shade and lean to the left slightly. It really faced a busy highway. A little disappointed. Although there was a recommendation for dinner that turned out be awesome!

Was disappointed

I was extremely disappointed with this properties managers due to it being a very hot day. I had written earlier the day to see if we can get it early check in because I had my dog in here with me. I had not had any response and then, upon checking in I found the room so hot that we couldn’t even stay in the room we had to go back to Newport and buy a fan from Walmart before we can even be in the room. I was very disappointed with me not getting any responses from the property managers.

Cutest damn cottage ever

Our one night there (wish it was many more) was awesome. The room cleaned , looked clean and smelled clean. The directions for the dog sheets were great and easy. The beds very comfortable. Only downside is it’s right on hwy 101…. But it’s 25-35 mph zone so almost no road noise. The property itself was awesome. Clean and well maintained.

Pros: Clean, well stocked with personal hygiene products, ez parking, ez check in/check out, ez to find, great shower! Cons: Hwy traffic noise, property is old n tired, a/c and heater are really loud, rear blind inoperable, v. Uncomfortable bed… Just thought that for what it was, it was a bit over priced.. No complaints with cleanliness whatsoever

Great stay!

The room was perfect for our one night stay before we went fishing the next morning. Comfortable beds and amenities. It was quiet even though it suits not too far off hwy 101. Perfect location for staying in Depoe Bay!

Whale Watching

We came from AZ to Depoe Bay to watch the Grey Whales migrate. Trollers Lodge was quaint and exactly what we needed for a short weekend stay. Unfortunately, our car was backed into in the small parking lot they provide. The property managers were helpful in getting a report written.
