The Cloud Nine beach house lives up to its name. It is perfect for everyone and offers a variety of activities and amenities to ensure all guests enjoy their stay. The home is located in a charming and cozy neighborhood and is just a minute walk from the beach. Giant glass windows throughout the home and decks on every floor offer breathtaking views of the ocean and extravagant sunsets.

A day at Cloud Nine would start with waking up to the sound of crashing waves and drinking your morning coffee on the balcony while watching whales swim by. Afterward, you could enjoy time on the beach or take a walk through the charming and colorful neighborhood. End the day with a beautiful sunset and make memories climbing into the hot tub or toasting s’mores from your own fire pit in the backyard.

Café C’est la Vie is just a few minutes of walk from the home if you are craving a crêpe or a coffee. Families can also enjoy the community playground and basketball court.

Note: This is a 3-level home with stairs between each level. This is a residential neighborhood and has STRICT parking (3 cars) & quiet hours (10pm+) enforced.

We have stayed at multiple properties throughout the Bella Beach community over the years. This was by far one of the best houses we have enjoyed while staying in the area. Amazing views! Great kitchen and living room! Beds and baths were up to par as well. Well done Cloud Nine!

Excellent beach view! We were lucky and had 4 days with GREAT weather, so looking for whales (sadly, we didn't see any) and checking the tide was super easy. A very easy 3-minute walk to the beach also made this convenient. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook in. My only "complaint" (and not really an issue) was that the kitchen and living area is on the top floor -- with no bathroom on that level, so LOTS of stairs to navigate. I certainly got all my steps in each day! Check out was the easiest I've ever experienced -- not a ton of chores to do. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

This was one of the loveliest houses that we have stayed at this far. It was clean, had almost everything you needed, and had personal touches from the host that made everyone feel welcome. Absolutely beautiful house and view. We were able to see seals from the balcony and get to the beach is less than five minutes. The whole family enjoyed the experience. Especially the fire pit. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The view was beautiful and accurate to the photos. Loved the multiple balconies to enjoy. House was well stocked with everything that you might need in the kitchen. Only negative feedback was the general cleanliness of the house- everything felt a little bit grimy like the throw rugs which - granted it’s the end of the busy season - but for the cost of the rental they are really ready to be replaced. If I walked around bare foot, everything was a bit sticky/ dirty.

We absolutely loved this place. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony looking out at the ocean. The beach is right there, down some stairs and you’re on the sand. It is a short walk (5 minutes) to a cute ice cream shop and cafe. The host was great, we actually forgot our s’mores ingredients and were so excited when we walked in and they had provided some. The hot tub was super clean and already heated. The fire pit was stocked with wood and ready to go. We can’t wait to come back!

Family weekend

Great multi family house

Had wife’s friends in town for a 40th birthday. Great to find a house with 4 adult beds and a hot tub. Located a short walk to the beach with a nice (semi obstructed) view of the ocean. Would definitely re-book. It was exactly as advertised.

Our favorite place for appointed primary bedrooms

We have stayed at this property twice - for lots of reasons. There are two primary bedrooms with king beds the have a shared balcony you can hear the ocean from and view with some housing obstructions. Each of the primary bedrooms has a private bathroom which is so nice for traveling with another couple. I look forward to sleeping with the sliding door open and screen door closed while the natural ocean comforts and sooths me through my sleep. My kids love the hot tub. The pull out bed in the sofa was very comfortable for 2 kids and the other two kids in the basement bedroom. The basement room with the goose ball table can get hot overnight if you’re using that bed vs. the bed in the bedroom. The access to the beach is very close and access to Lincoln city is so quick. You must be willing to climb the stairs regularly as there are three flights and my 76 year old mother was able to do it without assistance. I do wish that there were more beds in the foosball room so that the kids could sleep together vs scattered into available beds. We tried brining cots for the smaller kids to put in the foosball room with the older kids in the bed but this gets less attractive as the days go by and the kids get bigger and don’t want to be in a cot. The views are outstanding and my son really loved that there were three floors (he is 7). I would like to see some hooks in the basement for hot tub towels to dry out. Overall I would rate this place worth my money twice.

Friend reunion

Three high school friends and our families met here for an incredible experience on the Oregon coast. Kids ranged in age from 6-15 and all had a wonderful time. The hot tub, easy beach access, and fire pit are highlights of the house. The top floor kitchen/living space was the perfect place to gather. Kitchen was well equipped which made cooking for a crowd fun.

This home has it all!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was one of the best equipped VRBO homes we have ever stayed at. The view from each of the several decks were amazing. The hot tub and outdoor fire ring were an added bonus, and they even had s’mores fixings and skewers for their guests. The best part, it’s literally just a 3 minute walk to a remarkably beautiful beach. Definitely in the top tier of VRBO homes we have stayed in over the years.

Birthday Weekend

We loved the homeyness as we walked in. The welcome center piece on the table was a hit. The coffee corner was also appreciated. We made waffles on the professional appliance. The first day was all fog so we were disappointed in the view till the sun broke out the next day and it was great. The Stairs were a challenge but we'd been warned. Grandkids didn't want to leave.

Spring Break with the family

Our extended family stayed for several days for overlapping spring breaks... we had a great time! The weather was challenging but its a terrific location. We had a tiny glitch with the lockbox, but got an immediate call and solved the problem. We really love Lincoln Beach! Thanks!

Great location, view, and beach.

You can't beat the location, view, and beach. Easy access to the beach, which is a great beach to walk. Leaving your sliding doors open at night provides & surrounding visitors respect quiet hours, which provides serene ocean sounds. The property management company was very responsive and sent a maintenance staff to the property the evening we checked in. Refrigerator was 62 degrees and not working. There are things in the home that are in desperate need of repair, but mostly minor -- excluding the refrigerator -- it needs replaced. Location is great between Lincoln City and Depot Bay. Easy drive to Newport as well. I would definitely return. I really liked the house & the management company, it just needs some repairs.

Great little place by the beach

Been coming to the Oregon coast since we were small kids. First time staying in Lincoln City. This was a great place for our family. Nice touches everywhere like s’mores on the counter, a hot tub already heated, and a fireplace out back loaded with wood. Home was very clean and organized. Would suggest screens on the sliding doors to keep the flies out, Had great views, the neighborhood is very quiet (no rowdies except for the crazies with fireworks 🙄). Really easy and simple walk down to the beach. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Great Kitchen, fabulous view

We have stayed at Cloud Nine many times over the past 15 years. The kitchen is extremely well outfitted - everything from waffle iron to panini press, blender, mixer and beyond. A cook's dream. Some years we have rented two places, but we always gathered and cooked at Cloud Nine. We love watching the fishing boats, and we usually can spot a whale or two from the deck. We havewere excited to see that she is getting some needed cosmetic updates! There are LOTs of stairs in this beautiful place though. If you have back or knee issues it can be a challenge.
