"Well,,,, First of all ,, we were supposed to be booked in Louisiana, and when we weren't, u STILL Charged us for a room I'm sure u rented out as well! When we called,, no help whatsoever, And we had to Book another room,,in a 3rd State to find somewhere to sleep! On a Weekend where there were so many Graduations and Nothing Avaliable is Unforgivable! So I give 0 all the way around!"

There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. Paint chipping off the wall in the bathroom and what I could only imagine was grease stains from previous guest on the barely filled toiletries in the shower. "The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff super accommodating. The entrance is poorly marked and the parking lot entrance is in need of repair. Our stay was perfect for what we needed- comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom 😊 they even had some snacks available at the front desk!"
