This private suite is located on the lower level of my home and has its own separate entrance and a private concrete patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding with a view.

King-size Sleep Number 360 Smart Bed – personalized firmness for both sides

Comfy deep sofa – ideal for reading, relaxing, or soaking in the view

Mini-fridge with separate freezer compartment

Keurig K-Mini Plus with a reusable pod (great for coffee or hot water for tea)

Dinnerware & utensils for 2 – includes a cutting board, utility knife, and paring knife

Spacious en-suite bathroom with a full tub, shower, and vanity

Essentials Provided: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and cleaning supplies

Premium Linens: Towels are 100% long-staple cotton. Sheets are 100% cotton long-staple or flannel. Duvet is white goose down.

Portable AC unit installed in summer months. Radiant heat with in unit thermostat for winter months.

No TV – This is an intentional choice to create a peaceful, screen-free sanctuary.
