Spacious and Quiet Home in Centennial - 2 minutes from shopping and restaurants!

Welcome to beautiful Dream House Acres, one of the best areas in the Denver metro! Our updated mid-century home is located on a quiet street close to all the amenities including the Streets at Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Inverness Business Park, Park Meadows Mall, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater, DeKoevend Park and the High Line Canal Trail, and University of Denver. With an open-floor plan, this spacious home is fully stocked to meet your needs.

With 2,885 sq. ft. of space, there is plenty of room for the whole family and friends too! There are three bedrooms on the main floor, the main full bathroom, a full bathroom off the master bedroom, and a dining area and large living room with a wood-burning fireplace off the kitchen. The basement includes a large family room with a sectional that converts into two twin beds, a wood-burning fireplace, a full bathroom, a bedroom, an office/bedroom (air mattress can be used), and laundry. There are three TVs located in the upstairs and downstairs living areas and the master bedroom. The private backyard and covered patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ!

Entire home, including the double-car garage, is available for our guests.

Our home is located on a quiet street in the desireable Dream House acres community. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and even a 24-Hour Fitness and Whole Foods a minute away at The Streets at Southglenn. The Goodson Rec Center, DeKoevend Park, and Trader Joe's are within walking distance and you'll find the University of Denver, Inverness Business Park, and Denver Tech Center just 10 minutes away. Downtown Denver is just a 20-minute drive, and if you hop onto C-470, you can get to the mountains and ski resorts within an hour!

Direct driving access to University Blvd (a major north-south thoroughfare) and Arapahoe Rd (a major east-west thoroughfare). A short walk to RTD bus stops on University Blvd and Arapahoe Rd. Within 5 miles of three RTD Light Rail Stations.

We have another home the same size, just around the corner and up the hill, if you need more space for a family reunion, wedding or other special event. We can host up to 18 guests at both houses. Please contact us for availability.

Very Spacious Comfortable Home

Overall the property was fine. Good space, Clean and well stocked. The only downside was the shower in the master was too small and not usable causing many guests to use the shower on the main floor. The shower in the basement was very small making it a challenge to use.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Four sisters, and our 90 year old mother, came from Illinois for a family celebration in Aurora. Mom's sister lives in Centennial, so this was a great location. The home could not have been more perfect for us. It was extremely clean, and well equipped. (I've stayed in others where the cookware was awful.) This home had everything we needed for a quiet comfortable stay. Family that dropped by absolutely loved it also. We recommended this home to them for when other family comes to town. Hosts communicated quickly with our questions, and were wonderful to work with. Great shopping and restaurants in the area. Our stay needed to be longer to fully take advantage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

We had 7 women staying in this house because we were going to a conference. It was a great place to stay. Three minutes from a Trader Joe's. Close to many restaurants. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Communications with the owner were quickly answered. I think seven people would be the limit of people for this house if everyone was an adult. I would come back here!

Centennial property

The house was in pristine condition when we arrived and getting into the house and situated was super easy. The house itself is located perfectly in relation to a lot of activities in Denver. We ran into some technical problems at the beginning of our stay with the garage door but were able to communicate with the property owners very easily and they were super nice and willing to help. Overall, this was an incredibly easy, stress free, and fun stay. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to stay in the Denver area.

From the very beginning Elizabeth's communication with us was so good, and we could tell she cared that our experience with her property would be exactly what we were hoping it would be.
