Very nice house. Host was responsive and pleasant, house was very well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) and in good shape. Nice neighborhood, several nice parks nearby. Lots of retail and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this property, esp. if needing a lot of bedrooms.

This property was perfect for my family! Everything was so clean and welcoming. The house had several comfortable spaces to be able to put your feet up and relax after a day filled with activities. If ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here!

This home was excellent for our family while in Denver for our son’s wedding! It was spotless- a big shout out to the cleaning crew!! The “extra perks” such as a welcome basket, mints at each bedside, toys for little ones, a basket of toiletries, corn hole, fire pits, hot tub, grill, etc were greatly appreciated!! Our host answered any and all questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with!! I will definitely recommend this home to others!

Nice clean large house with beautiful views. Great for mulitple comversations, games. Kitchen was a little small for a group our size. Multiple complaints from guests about quality of beds frames and matresses.

Grandma’s Christmas Present

Grandma got her wish and gathered all the grandchildren together for Christmas. This home comfortably fit all 18 of us, from 2 years old to 78. It was well stocked with the essentials plus other welcoming surprises. The hosts went out of their way to provide a fully decorated Christmas tre. Meals were prepared nearly every evening and the “chef” never lacked a thing. Extremely well stocked kitchen. All appliances worked well. Very, very clean throughout. Communication with the host was virtually immediate. An amazing place to stay.

Comfortable! Accommodating! Big and Cozy!

The house was centrally located and had an INCREDIBLE view! Perfect for looking out over the horizon while sipping a cup of coffee either day or nighttime. The living space fit our family of 14 perfectly while still allowing individual privacy and comfort for everyone. Each room has its own warm and inviting vibe, which catered to adults and kids alike. I absolutely cannot say enough about our stay and the experience we will treasure for many years to come! Thanks, Kia & Rob. Looking forward to returning soon!

Minnesota Family

We were a group of 15 adults (all extended family) traveling to visit more extended family living in CO. This property was perfect for us. Its location was close to everything we wanted/needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Not once did we have to run out for an item we were used to having at home. Our group enjoyed the hot tub and sitting outside in the back yard. It was a lovely setting and served us well. Kia and Rob could not have been better. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the best communication we have ever had. They messaged often to check in to see if we needed anything. They were first rate all the way! Thank you Kia and Rob for an extremely enjoyable stay!!

A+ experience

The house and entire rental experience exceeded my expectations. We had a group of 4 families and it was perfect for everyone. The house itself was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. Even better than the photos! It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed - plenty of towels, pack n play, toys for the kids, coffee, and other pantry essentials. And I appreciated the labels on kitchen cabinets and extra hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms, both of which made the logistics of staying in a new place a bit easier. The hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Work Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Group of 9 female collegues on a work retreat age 32-50. The house was so clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed with everything we needed! Great backyard space with a hot tub and easy access to shopping and dining and a quick drive to a day in Golden for some yoga, massage, shopping and taking in the sights and Colorado sunshine! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect for family gatherings

The host was really nice to work with and even allowed us to view the property prior to our stay. Photos are accurate and do not exaggerate the properties features as some other postings do. Wish it had been warm enough to use the fire pits but we definitely enjoyed the hot tub.
