Staff was fantastic and pool was so warm which felt so nice, especially the outdoor pool during the cool night.
Waiting for the elevators was a downside though, elevators took a very long time and we unfortunately had to wait at least 5 minutes before giving up and using the nearest stairs that did not allow you to get to the main level just to the second floor which made us late for movie reservations unfortunately. The only other downside was the thermostat would not bring the room temperature below 72 degrees and during the summer that is a bit warm.
Overall a great stay though just a little patience needed. If we are in the area again would most likely book again!
