The property description is accurate. The price was fair. The home was clean. Only a couple areas for improvement. Hot water barely flows from the bathroom faucet. The Keurig coffee maker only works on the single cup serve side not the whole pot side so we used the french press provided. The bed my wife and I slept in was harder than we liked and may have a little sag in the middle. Nice area to walk around including walks to the Safeway grocery store nearby.

I needed a house that was close to both Golden/Boulder to the northwest and Englewood to the south. This house was perfectly located. It was also a very warm and inviting place with a nice and safely fenced in yard. The host was quite responsive, and I will certainly stay here again.

The place was just as it described. Clean and cozy. We seemed to have everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick when we had any questions. I can’t say much about the area because we were there to visit with our son so we really didn’t get to see the town around us but it seemed like a nice quiet area.

I was very lucky to find this place; I’m impressed how quiet it was and this old house with modern touches was charming to say the least. Had everything I needed plus the owner was very quick to respond to my messages. Very much recommend to this hole in the wall/gem of a place for anyone looking to get away yet stay close to everything Denver has to offer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved the local restaurants! The Chalet and Clancy’s! The house is great, just as pictured. Small fenced backyard gave our dogs a chance to stretch their legs. No problems whatsoever and so much available within walking distance.

The house and property were very clean and orderly. The location was great as we were near many restaurants and stores. Derek was easy to talk to and very helpful.

House was cozy and nice. No TV unless one had an app, although it said antenna tv was available we were not able to get the TV to work. Neighborhood was iffy -- in the middle of apartments, had police arresting a vagrant down the block one morning, 2 cars parked on the street with windows broken another night, woman yelling "Crack" at 5 AM several mornings.

Overall the house was clean and ready for occupancy. However it appeared some tried to clean the oven and then forgot to wipe it out. I would definitely stay with this host again. We emailed back and forth a couple of times and he was very responsive and attentive to our need.
