Exclusive Use: You have 24/7 private access to the entire home and all amenities, including the Mini Golf course, Hot Tub, and Firepit.
Easy Entry: Check-in is fast and secure via a unique, keyless smart lock code provided on the day of your arrival.
Parking: We provide ample off-street parking for up to 3 cars in our private driveway. Please prioritize driveway parking to keep neighborhood streets clear.

Restricted Areas: For safety and privacy, the utility/furnace room, 2 owner's closets, and the 3rd garage bay are strictly off-limits.

House Rules & Things to Note
We have created a peaceful getaway in a quiet residential area. We ask that you treat our home and our neighbors with the utmost respect.

Respect the Neighborhood
NO PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited. If you are unsure if your group fits this policy, please contact us prior to booking.
Quiet Hours: 9:45 PM – 8:00 AM daily. Please keep volume down during these times, especially when enjoying the outdoor spaces.

Smoking Policy
Strictly Prohibited: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not allowed indoors or anywhere on the premises.
Fines: Violations will result in a minimum fine of $800 (up to $1,500) to cover odor mitigation and lost revenue.

Amenity Care & Liability
High-Value Items: Our home features unique assets like the Player Piano, Hot Tub, and Arcade machines. Guests are financially liable for any damage caused by misuse. Please help us keep these pristine for future guests!
Hot Tub Cleaning: Please avoid using the hot tub for 6 hours after scheduled weekly cleaning.


Housekeeping
Trash: Collection is every Thursday morning. Please place bins at the curb on Wednesday evening and return them on Thursday afternoon.
Climate Control: The home is equipped with a smart thermostat for your comfort.


Check-Out & Fees
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM sharp.
Late Fees: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $150/hour between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and $250 between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. Check-outs after 2:00 PM will be charged for an extra day.
