This modern townhouse is located in the trendy Jefferson Park neighborhood only blocks away from Mile High Stadium and a short Uber ride to Downtown. Though quiet during the week, this area comes alive during concerts and Broncos games.

Our 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse is the perfect location and style of home for your next visit to Denver! The updated interior welcomes you with an open-concept floor plan that joins the kitchen, dining room, and living room when you enter the main living space. The spaces in this townhouse are amazing especially when it comes to the rooftop lounge space that includes a firepit and views of the Denver city skyline. Watch the lights of the city twinkle in the evening hours as you sip on cocktails and socialize.

Please note that this row home has multiple levels and stairs, making it less suitable for those with mobility concerns or difficulties with stairs. We want to ensure a comfortable living situation for all guests.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

There is a Tesla Universal Wall Connector that can charge both NACS and J1772 vehicles.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Great location close to the stadium!

We stayed here for the Broncos/Colts game and was able to walk to the stadium from the property. It wasn’t a bad walk! The location was also close to many of the other things in Denver.

Great Location

We stayed here for a Broncos game! Location was great to stadium (walking distance) and downtown. The home was clean, check-in was super easy and will stay here again! Be advised, there are a lot of stairs, and the garage is too short for a small truck or anything larger than a small SUV. There was parking on the street around the block, so it wasn’t an issue other than not being able to park in the garage. 10/10 Would recommend.

Nice neighborhood

Beaitiful, quiet neighborhood. House has many stairs so you must be mobile. The biggest downfall is that there is no bathroom on the kitchen/living area floor. You either need to go down a level or up a level. The only TV is in the living room, bedroom TVs would be nice. The rooftop deck and firepit is a nice way to spend the evening.

Exceeded our expecations!

This home was exactly as described. It was walking distance to Empower Field, a park and a cute sports bar with rooftop seating. My son and I had an AMAZING time. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, stocked kitchen, etc...We couldn't have asked for a better home, but if I were to offer a couple things that would have made this next level for me personally, it would be for bigger/thicker bath towels and a magnifying make-up mirror in the master bath (minor things). I give it 5 STARS!!!!!

Perfect!

Wonderful place to stay if you have an event at Empower Field, it's an easy 1/2 mile walk! We were in town for the Foo Fighter's concert & it was wonderful to not have to worry about parking. The area is also great, lots of yummy food. Walking distance to Briar Common Brewery & Eatery. Driving distance, we highly recommend Fox & The Hen (avocado toast & blood mary), Sera's Ramen Enclave (TanTan-Men ramen). The condo had everything we needed to get started with soap/toiletries, comfy beds & a smart TV where we caught up on the Olympics on Peacock. The roof is perfect for an evening view & relaxing. We also drove up to Rocky Mtn National Park for an early morning hike, which is ~ 1.5 hr drive with lunch in Estes Park at Claire's Restaurant & Bar. We will be back!

Fantastic!

We were in town for an event at Empower Field and you absolutely cannot beat this location. It was close enough to walk to the stadium, and also close enough to walk to a Safeway and other nearby restaurants and locations. Check in/out was smooth, and we were even able to check in early. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend!

Awesome place in great location

The house was great, the host had everything available that we needed with all modern adminities. Location was awesome, literally 5 minutes from all major ball parks, arena, restaurants, downtown, and 20 to 30 minutes away from any outdoor activity. Will definitely book this place again next time I am in town.

Location Location

Came to Denver for the Browns game vs Broncos. This unit is 4 blocks (easy walk) from Empower Stadium. Many restaurants in walking distance! This unit was extremely clean. The beds were great and linens were comfortable. The second level was wide open with the kitchen and living area. Kitchen had all high end appliances, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a coffee grinder. There was coffee and filters provided by the property manager. The large tv, surround sound and PS3 was Great. The bedrooms especially the master were very nice. The third floor rooftop was amazing with views of downtown and the stadium. Gas grill and fire pit was a nice touch. We had no trouble getting our rental in the garage. All the stairs could be an issue with people with disabilities. Will not lie they were a challenge for myself but my knees are bad. Only complaint we had was the couch in living room was uncomfortable and there was no other furniture to sit on except at the table. We had a great time in Denver and took Lyfts to dinner. Breakfast: Snooze in Union Station Fox and Hen Petunias Bakery Dinner: Blue Island Oyster bar!! Fantastic. Beer and Fish was a great spot for seafood also. Red Top Rendezvous for pizza and wings. A5 Steakhouse was Excellent! Briar Common Brewery and eatery was a half block away. Great smash burgers and brews. We hope to return and would definitely recommend this unit!
