This modern and luxurious home has a beautiful back patio where you can relax and enjoy the views of the mountains—located just steps from the highway that will take you straight into the mountains—minutes from hiking.

Gather for dinners with friends and family around the huge island or kitchen table. Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms. The master suite is large with breathtaking mountain views, and there are three additional bedrooms, one with a jack and jill bathroom, and the other with its own bathroom.

There is also a separate office or play area for children.

The backyard is fully fenced. Enjoy the outdoor space with an open field, and gorgeous views.

The neighborhood also offers walking trails, a community pool, and a playground for kids.

** Utilities are included as part of your stay. We simply ask that you use electricity, heating, air conditioning, and water responsibly. Our average monthly utility cost is approximately $150. If utility charges during your stay exceed $200 due to excessive usage, you will be responsible for the amount over $200.

Examples of excessive usage include leaving the heating or air conditioning running with windows or doors open, setting extreme thermostat temperatures while the home is unoccupied, or leaving lights and appliances on unnecessarily.
