This newly listed 5 bedroom house has been 100% updated. Every area has been modernized including beds, furniture, carpet, real hardwood floor, Samsung stainless steel appliances, a/c, furnace, washer/dryer and hot water heater for your enjoyment.

The large master has vaulted ceilings with a private gorgeous spa like bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower with body spray jets. (Yes there is a 50 gal. hot water heater.) There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs that share a hall bath with quartz counter tops and double sink.

The well-stocked designer kitchen has brand new quartz counter tops with a center island and bar stools, and brand new Samsung stainless steel appliances including a microwave drawer.

The formal dining room just off the kitchen has a newly reclaimed wood table with seating for 9.
This house has 2 large flat panel screens with high-speed Wi-Fi, and cozy gas fireplace with remote in the living room for those cool Colorado evenings.

The basement has another separate bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and “game room” area including large television, giant bean bag chair, and spacious couch to spread out on, in addition to the futon couch for extra sleeping space, if needed.

There is also a brand new Samsung washer/dryer and double car garage for plenty of parking.

This home has mountains views to the west and is a perfect home base location to Lockheed Martin, Morrison, Golden, Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Aspen Grove shopping center, Manor House, Waterton Canyon, Arrowhead golf course, Chatfield State Park, Deer Creek trails & more all within 10-15 minutes. This amazing home is walking distance to a major grocery store, restaurants, and Starbucks and also sits on a quiet cul-de-sac. The back patio has a gas BBQ grill, and the yard is perfect for corn-hole competition.

Host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout booking process and stay. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. Comfy beds, plenty of space to spread out. Location next to grocery store made shopping easy.

Comfortable and cozy stay

We had a great stay here and would definitely come back again! There is enough room for everyone to be comfortable and the house is spacious and quiet. Everything we needed for a home away from home was included, from a fully stocked kitchen, to extra linens and hangers. Everything was pretty clean except for the stove top looked like it could use a good scrub. Great dual head shower in the master, cute little coffee bar, and all the kitchen needs for cooking some great at home meals! To top it off this was only 10 min from our family that we came to visit. Super convenient for shopping and dining as well if you don’t feel like cooking. Mark was very responsive and we have zero complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for our wedding weekend in Pine and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was clean, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Mark was a fantastic host—super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we had zero issues. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate such a special time. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Home away from Home!

We so enjoyed the warm welcome, location and accommodations. Well managed/ well supplied! Loved access to Chatfield lake bike trails and pickleball at Bowles. We spent month which passed too quickly. Great stay!

Very spacious and well equipped home, recently renovated. Very clean. Kitchen had everything. Owners were easy to deal with. We stayed two months and liked it so much, we’re coming back next summer. Easy access to Red Rocks and foot hills. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store.

Convenient and accommodating

We needed temporary housing while our home was under renovation. We wanted to be within a short drive and Teller house was perfect. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and freeway access. Mark responded quickly to questions and requests and was always pleasant. The house is well stocked and has plenty of room for groups.

I’ve stayed a lot of places and this by far was my favorite. The house is amazing. The shower in the master bedroom is phenomenal!!!!! The check in and Out process was seamless. If you are traveling to the Denver area this the spot for you!

3 Generation Family Get together

This was a perfect home for our 3 generation get together. The location was great, very clean and well appointed and the owner Mark was very nice and always quick to respond to questions. Our weather was good and we enjoyed gathering on the patio to enjoy the private yard. The house is located on a quiet cull de sac in a nice neighborhood close to a small shopping area with a grocery store. Very well stocked kitchen except for larger size pots and pans when cooking for 9 people. We all agreed this house was wonderful and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

Beautiful newly renovated home in the suburbs

This beautiful newly renovated home is perfect for families or individuals who doesn’t want to stay downtown Denver. Everything in this home is new and top of the line from the bedding to the appliances. The neighborhood is quite and has everything you need without going into Denver. The owner, Mark, was prompt to respond to any questions or request I had. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home in the suburbs.

Awesome house in the suburbs

My family stayed here for our son's wedding. My parents who are in their 80's were there...it was great to be able to give them their own suite in the basement away from all of the hub bub upstairs. The house is a beautiful, remodeled property. The kitchen is very modern, and all the other rooms are modern and decorated beautifully! Mark was very easy to get ahold of, and the check-in process was more than easy...love the lockbox! The neighborhood is litterly a few minutes' walk from Starbucks, a grocery store, Walgreens and a plethora of other stores. It's only minutes o drive to get to I 470...very convenient for everywhere we needed to go.
