Includes an office with a standing desk and futon. Feel right at home with the jacuzzi tub and quiet neighborhood. The garage has a level 2 charger. Plenty of outside walking paths and a nearby recreation center. ~25 mins from DIA!
Outdoor fire pit, grill, and 7-person hot tub! Formal living and dining room. Family room with 60" 4k LED TV. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker complete with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
3 full bathrooms and a main floor powder room each complete with towels, soap, bath tissue, and shower necessities. The office features a sit/stand height adjustable desk. Master suite has a jacuzzi tub and 50" 4k LED TV. Washer and dryer on the main floor.

When making a reservation for this property, please know that you are agreeing and accepting the following house rules.
1. General Conduct - Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11 PM and 6AM. We have a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels without recording conversations. Fine of $300 for noise violations. - No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval. - Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property. - Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.
2. Property Care - No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.
Pet Policy: - No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs -unattended in the cabin. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300. - Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. --
Complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of remaining nights. Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host. This house is in an upscale area so please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet outside after 11PM curfew
- No smoking or weed in the house - keep it outside, the patio has seating and a fire pit to accommodate that - No parking in front of the mailbox during the day since the mailman will not deliver mail if he can't get to the mailbox - Maximum allowed in the house is 16 adults - Children age 15 and under don't count toward those limits - Trash goes out to the curb every Monday morning - Recycling is every other Monday, schedule should be by the wine glass cabinet - Trash and recycle (yellow lid) containers need to remain in the garage when not out for collection -Landscaping comes every Tues or Weds morning
