Newly remodeled two bedroom . large open living room, all new appliances in kitchen. Bedrooms have memory foam cool gel mattresses for maximum comfort , large walk in shower for easy movement. Easy access to I 70 and 25. 15 minutes to Red Rocks and to mountain bike riding. 13 minutes the Bronco Stadium, 12 minutes to Coors Field,17 minutes to the Comedy Works downtown Denver. .
For the skiers, one hour to Winter Park, an hour and 15 minutes roughly to Keystone, Arapahoe basin, Breckenridge and copper mountain. Two hours to Vail.

We were in Denver to celebrate my daughter-in-law's 1 year anniversary of her new heart and adding another daughter-in-law as our other son was married. It was very good to have a clean and spacious lower level apartment to relax in after a whirlwind of activities with our families. The full kitchen with newer appliances was also very nice to be able to avoid eating out for every meal.

This is a basement apartment. There isn’t accurate pictures online of this apartment. There is a window air conditioner unit suspended by a platform about 3 feet from the cieling of the living room. You have a remote, but no way to see what you’re setting it to since the unit is above your head. Vents blow straight up to the cieling, and extremely loud. The smell of wet basement is extremely pungent. Be sure to “ask” for the remotes to the two bedroom air conditioners because they removed them before we showed up and I had to call and ask what was going on. The first night we were there, nobody got any sleep due to how hot it was down there with no air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is only half a shower door. The other one is missing and has been replaced with a shower curtain. Wasn’t swept or mopped before we arrived. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and really noisy when you moved around. Outside the unit in the patio area there were beer cans literally everywhere. On the ground, on the tables, and overflowing ashtray. Just not well kept. Overgrown weeds and just a mess. All in all, this place could be great if someone put more effort in to making it a nice experience. It’s super close to the shopping and food areas we enjoyed so much. Neighborhood was really nice. The convenience of how close we were to all the things was great! Just wish there would have been more effort on the property owner or managers part. I did ask to be moved, but that didn’t happen either.

Overall, the unit met our needs. Very reasonably priced for the area, good parking, great neighborhood, and easy access. The unit is in the basement with several steps down to the entrance. The apartment wasn't cleaned well and we had several bugs in the unit throughout our stay. I would recommend the apartment if you're looking for a reasonable and comfy place to stay.

This property exceeded our expectations. Great location and easy to get to every place in Denver we wanted to go within 15 minutes or less. Super clean. Very nice decor and spacious. Awesome kitchen and bathroom! It had a/c units in every room so each person could set their own temps in their room. Only had 1 minor frustration with the tv cutting out in the evenings during the football games or tv shows. Parking out front or in the stall. Neighboring people in the house were very friendly and kind. 100% recommend!!

Great place! We stayed 3 days for the Metallica concert. The bedrooms stay nice and cool during the summer. It is clean and a good neighborhood. We enjoyed it thoroughly, felt almost like home.

Quick girls trip to a show at the Oriental Theater. Location was excellent and it was very clean. Just a note if you are a light sleeper that it is a basement unit and you can hear footsteps above at times.

Perfect location, exactly what we needed for our three night stay.

This was the perfect location for exactly what we needed. We only stayed the three nights but it was enjoyable and had everything that we needed. Thanks so much for providing bathroom supplies in the shower it was helpful to not have to buy stuff when we got there. We enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend.

Short stay for a wedding in Golden

Nice neighborhood with accessibility to I70 and hwy 40 which made getting to airport and Golden very easy. Clean apt with all amenities but not overly supplied- could have used more linens. Beds were very uncomfortable

Just what we needed!

My son and I had a great time here. It was super clean and welcoming and we enjoyed the neighborhood, which was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We didn’t use the kitchen much but appreciated it.

Denver

People upstairs were super loud. Thumping sounds at night. Little disappointed. Only 4 towels and 4 wash cloths. 3 of us for 3 nights. Didn’t have time to wash towels and washcloths everyday. Had to go buy some washcloths. Don’t know about anyone else but dont like to use wash cloth over and over without being washed. Also coffee pot not cleaned and had mold in top. Also no trash bags. Laundry room smelled like something dead
