This neighborhood is made up of single family residences. There is a school across the park and there are tennis courts up the street. The freeway access is incredible and this spot is great for access to all things in and around Denver!
Renting a car or using Lyft/Uber would be recommended.
The house does not have central AC, the upper bedrooms both have window AC units. The summer months can get quite hot on the top floor. Close the shades in the living room and dining room, especially later in the day to keep the sun from beating in. The basement stays nice n cool.

The location initially was uninviting, the trees and bushes completely cover the house. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. My only complaint is the furniture is not comfortable and seating space for 6 of us in same room was limited. Maybe a larger couch would fix the problem. There were 3 living areas but same problem upstairs and downstairs. Location was easy access to interstate. Overall I give it 4.75 stars.

Exactly as pictured
We stayed here when traveling to attend a wedding. The wedding festivities were all located in Louisville/Lafayette area. This house was just a block away from Highway 36, so that worked well for us. It is in the "old" section of Westminster. The pictures of this house are accurate. Having the four bedrooms with the king-sized beds worked well for our group. We had 3 adults upstairs and a family of four (with small children) downstairs. There were plenty of towels and the kitchens are well outfitted. There are laundry units on both levels but we didn't need to use them. We were there during a hot spell and appreciated the window air conditioner units as well as the additional one in the living room upstairs. I reached out to Kendra a few times before and during our visit and she always was prompt with her responses.

Weekend stay
This was a clean property located in a quiet part of town. I had an important test for my degree I needed to take nearby, which is why we chose this area. My best friend and I stayed upstairs and my teenage son and his friend stayed downstairs. It was so nice because each floor has its own kitchen, bathroom and cute living room. It is like two seperate houses but under the same room. The host responded quickly to all of my messages but also gave us our privacy. I would definitely recommend this property to other families!
