Loved the decor, easy check in/out directions and quick responses from the host! Neighborhood was safe enough for a run in the morning and close enough to walk to food and shops! Bed and couch were cozy, shower was excellent and I appreciated coffee, cream & sugar stocked. Would definitely book this property again!

The host was super responsive - changed an outside bulb promptly when I mentioned it was out. Place is very clean and fresh. Big bath, lovely tub and shower. All the amenities and kitchen supplies you could need. Bed was comfy. Loved that I could open windows for fresh air or turn on fan as needed. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Constant construction around property not disclosed prior to stay; active construction starts around 0700-0800 so not great if you plan to sleep in. Limited street parking taken up by large trucks and construction signs limiting parking. Host in and out of garage at different hours of the day; this felt quite uncomfortable for my friend and I as this wasn’t disclosed either. I would not stay here again. Place itself was clean.

The VRBO was lovely- the kitchenette has everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very updated. Gannon was the right level of responsive without being invasive. Sunnyside was a cute, quiet neighborhood but very close to the action. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and to get coffee. The neighborhood is so cute! The rental had everything we needed and the host was very attentive. We will absolutely stay here again!

THIS PROPERTY WAS CUTE AS IT COULD BE WITH COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS AND MODERN DECOR WITH LITTLE TOUCHES THAT MADE IT UNIQUE. THE HOST WAS FRIENDLY WENT WE MET HIM ON THE STREET BUT MADE IT A POINT TO LET US KNOW BY EMAIL THAT HE WAS AVAILABLE IF WE NEEDED HIM. THE LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT AND WALKABLE AND WE ENJOYED EXPLORING THE NEIGHBORHOOD. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Needed a quiet place for our last night in Denver. This cozy apartment was just right. Kinda sad we didn’t stay a few nights. Super clean & quiet. When we come back in May for the birth of my first grandchild, I’ll probably stay there again.

Fantastic property that is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. It was perfect, including location, for our weekend stay in Denver. Nice touches were found to enhance the stay, like a full-size ironing board / iron and a large umbrella that we definitely needed! Would definitely stay again.

My stay here was SO lovely! I booked this for a last minute stay in Denver when my original plans for accommodation fell through and I could not have loved it more! The space is light, bright, and cozy and looks even better than the pics show! The neighborhood is cute and quiet but very short Uber to a ton of activities. The unit itself is well stocked and has everything you need to relax or cook a meal. The hosts were great to deal with and very friendly. Their attention to detail was so impressive. I checked in in early January and they had cute holiday decor up and the desk calendar was even on the correct day. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay near Denver!
