  • Experience charm and convenience at our studio guesthouse in historic Curtis Park, near RiNo's art scene and Five Points' rich jazz heritage. Just minutes from Larimer Street's lively bars and unique shops, and close to park amenities like a tennis and basketball court. Enjoy a walk through Denver's oldest neighborhood or explore local street murals. Though compact, our unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen, queen bed, TV, and more—perfect for exploring Denver's dynamic neighborhoods!

    The space:
    This is a studio guesthouse located above the garage with access from the alleyway. Should you encounter any issues, we are just steps away and ready to assist! Additionally, Curtis Park is right across the street, offering numerous amenities.

    Guest access:
    The access to the guest house is to the right of the garage when facing it. Please note that this is the only area available for our guests leading to the unit. However, if you're seeking some outdoor space, there's a large park just across the street!

Stayed for 11 nights, everything was just as listed/pictured. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Plenty of parking. I took a few Lyfts and had a couple of food deliveries, pickups and deliveries were quick. Good food in RiNo!

We loved staying at this VRBO in Denver! The location near RiNo was perfect so close to amazing restaurants, breweries, murals, and nightlife while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Denver!

The studio was exactly as described — sunny, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were amazing from start to finish. They kindly allowed us to check in early, responded quickly to every question, and kept us stocked with endless delicious coffee throughout our stay.We stayed for a week while I was in town for work, and it was far more comfortable and relaxing than staying in a hotel. The location was perfect, just minutes from great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. I also appreciated how safe the area felt, especially during my late-night walks home after work.Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience! Cameron was so communicative & hospitable and worked with us with the timing of our travel plans. The location was fabulous and in a fun area within walking distance to great food, coffee, drinks, and entertainment. The place itself was beautiful and clean, and it had everything we’d need for our stay. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Denver!

Great location, awesome bed!

Close enough to walk to local nightlife, even downtown if adventurous. Bed was so comfy my husband wants to get one for home! Hosts immediately answered every question. Will stay again

Great spot with lots to walk to!

This stay was wonderful! Everything was clean and stylish, the host was communicative and helpful, and there was so much to walk to nearby! Parking was a breeze too and we felt safe the whole time, even on our many walks to and from various RiNo shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the window coverings were very appreciated (sometimes STRs really skimp on these and neighboring lights seep in all times of the night).

Excellent Location

My son and I visited for a few baseball games. The location was excellent and we were able to walk most anywhere we needed to. Place had all the little things to make it comfortable: nice towels, comfortable bed, and coffee to name a few. Sounds simple but a lot of places don’t get the basics right anymore. Quick and easy communication with the owner. Thank you!

Bright indeed! Even the overhead lights! If you prefer low ambient evening lighting as I do, turn the ceiling fan light down to the dimmest setting. Full size fridge; gas range; high wattage microwave Loved all the plants :) Bathroom is stocked with plenty linens bed is nice and comfy with a variety of pillows.The neighborhood seems safe enough that I was comfortable walking 1/2 mile back to the unit at 12:30 - 1 am. There is sufficient street parking street sweeping happens once per month- My stay didn't coincide with the sweeping dates so I didn't get to witness it ;) Overall, I would recommend this cute little studio and would love to stay here again should I visit Denver in the future!

This guest home is cozy, clean and just what we needed for our visit to Denver! We went to a Rockies game and walked everywhere we went. The location was fantastic! Ratio Brewery is a favorite, and Cafe Tres was a wonderful new discovery just around the corner. We’ll definitely be back to stay at this little gem of a place!

This was a great place to stay. It was very bright and had everything that we needed. Easy instructions on where to park and how to work anything we might need. Everything was comfortable and made the trip that much better that we could come back and feel comfortable with where we stayed. There were only 2 thing we had a little trouble with. One the latch for the gate. That was a little quirky as it did not always want to release. The other was that we had great sunny weather, however, the window above the kitchen sink let's light in the side of the blind but it hits directly in center of the bed. Really a small thing but it is a rough to wake up at 6 a.m. with the light right in your eyes. Loved the location and peacefulness of the place. Recommend highly and would definitely stay again.
