Quiet pet-friendly 2-bedroom condo in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, perfect for business or leisure. Comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed, dedicated workspace, and high-speed internet. Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace, private balcony, and community pool. Just a 7-minute walk to the Light Rail, with free on-site parking. Ideal for short or long-term stays in a prime Denver location.

Step into this quiet and comfortable two-bedroom condo, your perfect home away from home. The living room invites you to relax by the cozy gas fireplace or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. A dedicated workspace and high-speed internet make it easy to stay connected. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony.

Both bedrooms are designed for rest and feature walk-in closets. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and its own flat-screen TV. With two full bathrooms, including one en-suite, there's plenty of space for everyone.

A 4% fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Nice Place to Stay in Denver Tech Area

We stayed in this condo all June and most of July while visiting Denver. The condo was small but, comfortable. It was clean, the Wi-Fi, and TVs worked well, the master bed was very good. The bathrooms were large enough and the shower was above average. The kitchen area in this unit is fully equipped but, very small. Parking was not an issue but, not covered and not reserved. Overall we very pleased with the condo.

Nephew’s graduation trip

My nephew graduated this last week. My husband and I and my parents stayed in the condo and had a lovely visit. It is close to everything in the Denver Tech Center and close to our family’s homes here in the city. The condo was very cleaned and well stocked with necessities. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future trips!!

Perfect location!

We truly enjoyed this little apartment. Me, my fiancé and our two teens stayed here 2 nights while we were in town for a concert and it was perfect. Super clean, she knew we had a long drive and coordinated a little earlier checkin and it was just an I really great experience in a nice part of town. Lots of food and shopping close by and still very close to Denver if your main attraction is there like ours was.

Comfortable Stay

Worked great for us!

We stayed 5 nights for a family reunion with local Denver folks. It worked great! The place was attractive and clean, beds were good, there's a nice walking trail nearby and the location was perfect for us! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!

Excellent condo with all that we needed for vacation. Jen was very helpful and quick to respond. Right next to I-25 and within an hour or less of just about everything fun to do east of the mountains. Clean, quiet place with great kitchen. Also close to many stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Jennifer is great to work with and was able to offer us an early check in. Condo was clean, quiet and adequately stocked with all the essentials. Location was good - convenient to many popular destinations. Pool looked nice although we did use due to cool temps while there. We plan to rent this condo again for future trips.

Nice setup for a long business stay
