Kick back, relax, and enjoy all that Parker, Colorado offers for families and larger groups in this stunning 2-story home in a quiet cul-de-sac with breathtaking mountain views. The home backs to open space, walking trails, and a playground for kids!
The main floor features a half bath, spacious kitchen, living room, dining area for 12, family room, and an office with a daybed for 2 (no door). Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom (king) with a 5-piece bath, a loft, washer/dryer, and three bedrooms (two bedrooms have queens, one bedroom has two bunk beds ). Each of the two bunk beds has a twin bed over a full bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom, and the other has a full attached bathroom
The basement includes a master suite (queen), a living area with a sofa bed, an office, two full bathrooms, and a beautiful bar area. The house is pet-friendly! Please note, there is no hot tub or spa available.

The outdoor security setup includes five cameras: three (ring bell door and two cameras) facing the exterior road, one facing the driveway, and another on the side of the house facing the walking path. The cameras are installed just below the roof. They are active when there is movement.

Very nice accommodations for six of us. Each of us had our own bedroom and there were enough bathrooms for six women. The house supplies were plentiful and the kitchen well stocked with utensils and spices. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and close to services and access to I-25.We will definitely look to stay at this wonderful home again in the future!

Great for families and large groups!

Very nice home, spacious, plenty of sleeping space for a large group. Very clean and well kept. Hosts were excellent, responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Great location with lots to do in the local area for groups with kids (ours ranged age 2-12). Highly recommended!

Family Snowmobiling trip

We travel quite a bit. We rent hotels and houses all over the world. I think this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. There were 9 of us. There was more than enough room for us. The house was clean. They had everything you think you could need . There were more than enough bathrooms, towels, kitchenware. There was also plenty of TVs, multiple washer and dryers. This was a family trip of people ranging from age 19- 65. We chose this location as a central area. We did snowmobiling in Silverthorne and we rode the Royal Gorge in Canon City. It's about 30 minute from the Denver Airport. Close to restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again !

Fall Family Wedding

We hosted extended family to celebrate our daughters' wedding which was planned at a Denver area wedding venue. The property doesn't look so spacious from the outside but it far exceeded our expectations! Very clean with plenty of areas for people to gather OR have some space to yourself! Kitchen and pantry abundantly stocked. Our host, DP, was accommodating and prompt to answer any question. It's a good location with some proximity to the highway to get to many Denver area destinations. Nice open space right behind property and you can even see planes landing or taking of from the local executive airport from the back deck outside.

Spacious

The house was perfect for our tennis team. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. House exceeded our expectation. The living room had plenty of space for our group. Kitchen had all the amenities and cabinets were labeled to find what you needed. The house has 5 1/2 bathrooms that were perfect for having 12 ladies. Beds were comfortable. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our morning walks along the many trails in the community. Communication was quick and responsive

Outstanding property

Immaculately clean. Almost brand new like property, not sure when it was built. Kitchen is highly organized with everything one needs for a large group, tastefully selected kitchen crockery, cutlery and utensils. Cabinets are labeled so we could find what we needed without opening all the cabinets. Appliances looked new. This is the best VRBO property I have stayed.
