This is a very comfortable, fully renovated, private 2-br apartment in a side-by-side duplex.

- Good location in Edgewater, 10 minutes from downtown Denver!
- Check out our awesome Edgewater Public Market just few blocks away!
- My place is very close to beautiful Sloan's Lake, the Highlands, Tennyson shops, Mile High Stadium, Belmar, with easy access to the mountains, Golden and Boulder.
- Edgewater is a pleasant neighborhood, steps from beautiful Sloan's Lake, minutes from Denver, and easily accessible to the mountains.


AMENITIES:
- Both bedrooms have brand new, comfortable queen beds.
- There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
- A full kitchen offers all appliances including: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, utensils, hand towels, mugs, wine glasses, water glasses, and dish sets.
- Clean towels, linens, hair dryer, hair flat iron and curling iron and other accommodations will be provided for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.
- The living room is cozy and decorated to make you feel as if you are in your own living room. The HDTV smart TV features some of the best picture quality, making the living room theater quality for movie watching.


PARKING:
- Free street parking is available. One off-street parking space is available in the back of the house.


GETTING AROUND:
- There is an RTD bus stop right outside the back door of the rental unit.
- The RTD Light Rail W line, Sheridan Station is less than 1 mile away, with direct access to Downtown and Denver International Airport.
- The greater Denver area accommodates Uber and Lyft, as well as many other taxi companies.
- Via car there are several great areas within 10 minutes including Downtown Denver, Belmar, Sloan's Lake, and the Highlands.
- I-70, I-76, I-25, & Highway 6 allow easy access to these areas and beyond, including scenic routes into the mountains.


HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in is after 3PM
- Check out is at 11am
- House quiet time starts at 10 pm
- No parties or events
- Absolutely NO smoking inside please
- I am happy to consider a pet, please contact me with a DETAILED description of your furry friend. Pet fee, per pet applies upon pet approval
- 420 Friendly. 420 is allowed.
- No shoes inside please, please bring your slippers in that's your preference
- Two trash cans and recycling bin are in the back of the house

Cannabis dispensaries, open until midnight are just a few blocks away.

Please contact me if you wish to CHECK IN EARY/ CHECK OUT LATE. I will give my best to accommodate your request if possible for $50 fee.
