Bathrooms: There are three beautifully updated full bathrooms. The first bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, boasting a sleek design with a walk-in shower, modern fixtures, and ample counter space. The second bathroom offers a bathtub/shower combination and is easily accessible from the common areas and second bedroom. The third bathroom is located on the lower level.

Situated at 7,900 feet in the rolling foothills, this neighborhood provides a slice of mountain life within the metropolitan area of Denver. It`s tucked away just east of Denver in the foothills, in a prime central location to both Red Rocks & Evergreen.

There is plenty of parking (driveway) for cars, campers, trailers, etc or feel free to use the 2 car heated covered garage.

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.

Beautiful Scenery

The scenery is beautiful going to the home. We did arrive during a winter storm and it was difficult locating the driveway. I feel if there was a light at the end of the driveway it would help. It is a sharp turn into the driveway. The home is beautiful and was clean for the most part. We enjoyed our stay and first trip to Denver! Thank you!
