Very clean. Was only there for 2 nights but would definitely come back. I do with there was a fenced yard and more cover over the hot tub but thats because we had rainer days. Overall a nice spot for a cape cod getaway

Very much enjoyed our stay with family. Was a convenient property for spending time in and cooking multiple family meals. Del Mar was very responsive and even offered a reduced rate to add an extra night to our trip which made our travel day significantly easier to manage.

Great mid-cape rental! Clean, modern, and spacious! Perfect spot if you want to explore a little bit of everything. Locations like Dennis beaches, Yarmouth beaches, Hyannis, and Chatham are all less than 20 mins away! This rental quickly felt like home.

Bucket List trip

I brought my parents, some friends, and our pups for a midweek getaway. We went whale watching and to Provincetown. The home was perfect. We ate together at the large dining room table and enjoyed tv in the evenings on the huge couch. Most of all I absolutely loved the hot tub. It was a wonderful stay. The home is stunning.

very pleasant cape house

I've been going to the cape all my life, this is great well kept modest house in a great location for a family trip with access to swan pond (tidal, salt water) right there. My late winter trip made using the outdoor hot tub especially welcome.

Clean, comfortable, Swan pond right down the street.

Great place to stay. From the minute you walk in the door you feel right at home. Love the privacy, hot tub, quiet setting, tv in every room. Definitely coming back next year.

Friend Getaway

We all deeply enjoyed our stay in Dennisport! The house was the perfect spot to relax, savor a homemade grilled meal, and enjoy the hot tub. Our golden retriever loved joining us in this dog-friendly location. The .2 mile distance from the Cape Cod Rail Trail was a perfect spot to enjoy a morning run before spending the day on the beach. A great little house for a Cape getaway!

Winter Getaway

Had a great week at this lovely location. Had a couple of minor issues (Bathroom vanity door would not stay shut and hot tub was dirty) when we walked in, but, a message to the management group was quickly returned to me via an email and a phone call advising that a service tech would be out in the morning. He arrived and addressed both items and all was good for the remainder of the week. Family had a good time and commented on how clean it was. Thank you
