Great house for our whole family. The kids loved all the games and yard toys. The adults loved the size, ac, and that it is walking distance to a beach that feels private. The perfect cape house. We will be back :)

Wonderful Cape Family Vacay!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well-kept house with our multigenerational family. It is located on a quiet street with a fenced in backyard for my grandchildren to play in. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with a little fridge. There was plenty of room in the house to spread out, and thank goodness for the AC as it was a hot week on the Cape.

Great house- plenty of space especially on deck Great showers and excellent appliances although the dishwasher has a switch on the wall that we didn’t know about in order to turn it on. Our daughter figured it out. We also had a power outage and didn’t have access to the breaker box. But it was a short outage and no issues. Beach is convenient but small- too bad private beaches are so prevelent. We had a blast and the manager/realtor was always available!

We had a great time staying at this house with family. Walking distance to beaches🙂

We stayed here for a week at the end of June. The house was clean and bedrooms were all good sizes. Backyard is a great place to hang out and play cornhole with outside bbq and fridge. Easily walk to beaches, restaurants, Sunday School!

Great house

Nice quiet neighborhood. Many nice beaches close by, some in walking distance. The house was a perfect size for my family(5 adults and 1 child). We loved the family room, which was away from the living area a bit; we were able to use that room for my young grandson to sleep in and we didn't have to worry so much about waking him, when the adults were up late playing cards etc. We absolutely enjoyed the fenced in yard, outdoor grilling area and the outdoor shower. We hope to return to this house again next summer! Also, Steve was great to work with during the booking process and checking in and out!

The Perfect House for Families

We loved loved loved this house! The fenced in back yard, multiple bedrooms, quiet street and proximity to multiple beaches / restaurants makes this house PERFECT for families (especially those with young children). We were able to walk to multiple beaches throughout our stay and also frequently visited the Ocean House (which is a few minutes walk) for live music, food and drinks. We would 100% stay in this house again, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

My family and I were really happy with our experience in this beautiful home. The house was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for our extended family. We spend some great nights in the backyard, grilling and eating on the deck. The outdoor shower was a big hit with the kids when coming back from the beach. We were very happy with our experience. Great House and Location

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Location to multiple beaches made it easy to walk back and forth, as needed. The pictures posted actually don't do justice for the house. We were all much more impressed with the house in person and would definitely go back.

Perfect trip for 2 families!

The place was perfect for 2 families. The kids and we stayed upstairs and had a bathroom. The other couple stayed downstairs and had their bathroom. Loved the little area to clean off after the beach and the kids couldn’t get enough of the outdoor shower. It was nice to have an extra separate tv area. The grills and outdoor dining were great for dinner. We brought our own fire pit that was nice. Super close to a small beach which was convenient.
