Booking Summer 2026! Walk to private beach!

Enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer while staying at this charming two bedroom cottage just a five minute walk to a beautiful private beach.

Head to toe renovation and exterior landscaping completed in 2020. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a refreshed bath with new vanity, fixtures and mirror and new furnishings throughout. Mattresses replaced August 2022. Spacious living area has plenty of seating and a pull out couch. Enjoy breakfast in cozy dining area.

Easy access to restaurants, shopping and activities.

Amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher, single cup coffee maker, brand new gas grill, beach chairs and a fully equipped kitchen.

This property has been remodeled and is beautiful. Great water pressure in showers and meticulous detail on the finishes. Has everything you need in the kitchen and the couch was very comfy. It’s a cozy home for a smaller family, or a family with little children. It was a bit of a tight squeeze for our family of 4 since we have 2 teenagers. Also note there are not window coverings on the bedroom windows. The property owner is responsive and helpful. This is a great location and very private. It’s hard to find a property where you have personal space like this. Would highly recommend for a smaller or young family.

Buyer Beware

We arrived to find no working internet and no hot water. I texted Meghan and after a consult with an Xfinity tech we resolved the problem. Around 10 our first night I discovered there was no hot water. We were a bit put out by then so we decided to leave in the morning. I texted Meghan at 7 am about the problem but we found a place around the corner so we left. Meghan claims a plumber arrived around 10 to assess the situation. At that point they were in clear violation of the lease terms and we requested a refund for our 3 nights, we received 1. On Sunday we realized we had left the heat on so we went back to the house and at that time the hot water was not fixed so in the owner’s view we should have stayed with no hot water. Additionally Meghan stopped communicating with me which I think was quite juvenile on her part. The house is fine, the owners not so much.

Adorable Cozy Cottage

This cottage was perfect for my husband and 1 year old daughter. It’s clear how much work the owners have put into it. It has lots of updates and such cute decor. The bed was also very comfortable.

Perfect Family Getaway

Great base for exploring the cape

Wonderful stay here with our family for a beach vacation. Short walk to the beach, ice cream, and a few restaurants. Great base for exploring the cape— easy to get further down cape to National Seashore, easy drive to mini golf, Cuffy’s, and cape cod rail trail, and simple to get to bay side beaches for some variety. The shed fit our family’s bikes well so we didn’t need to keep them exposed all week. Host was super responsive to a question when we checked in. Only downside was no washer/dryer, but there were two laundromats close by with good hours.

Lovely lil cottage. Very clean, had all the basics supplied. Short easy walk to private beach, restaurants and the all important ice cream! It was hydrangea week...the area was covered in them, absolutely beautiful. 🌻

Perfect beach cottage!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous cottage! It was super clean, everything has been updated and is gorgeous, and the house had everything you could need. It’s walking distance from a small, private beach which is really convenient. Nice, quiet, dead end street and lots of restaurants and activities in the area. Communication with the host was very easy and timely. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful redone cottage. Close walk to a private beach. Nice to have a gas grill to cook outside. Best suited for a small family due to size. Would definitely rent it again.
