Everything was very nice. We noticed however some of the out lets dont work. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there. Even though it was pretty chilly most of our stay we were able to use the pool which the host was able to have cleaned again after a big storm that made all thw leaves goto the bottom. The yard is nice size for someone who has pets. Would definitely stay again.

The house was clean and spacious. The washer and dryer worked well. The backyard was a nice size with plenty of outdoor chairs and places to sit both in the sun and the shade. We did not use the pool, but it is cleaned weekly.Unfortunately the mattresses are worn and uncomfortable. We found all the sofas uncomfortable as well and we had to bolster ourselves with pillows to not sink into them.

We truly enjoyed our stay !!! Alex, the host, was quick to response any questions from the beginning. Very easy and friendly to communicate with. The house is very clean and spacious! Had everything we needed. We loved it is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. A strolling in the neighborhood with our dogs became our daily routine!! The nice fenced backyard is another big plus for us ! We loved it so much that planning on booking for next year already!

It was wonderful. The house was clean, cool and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we barbecued the first night we were there. The washer and dryer was convenient. It did take a while for the clothes to dry but my father unclogged the vent outside and it started working much better. Plenty of room for my family and pets but the house does echo tremendously. It could be the high ceilings so no getting around that. Some of the outlets did not work so we had to hunt and find the ones that did work. Overall it was a good place to stay for our 8 day vacation. I loved that the neighborhood Walmart was only 6 minutes away. Great location.

Came here on a family trip, and enjoyed every moment. The back yard was grand (fenced in all around), the pool was relaxing on hot days, the interior was very comfortable and spacious. Having the garage was also a plus when it came to loading and unloading to and from the vehicle. Highly recommend this location for any future stays within Deltona/Volusia County area.

Perfect home away from home

The house was great. We absolutely loved that we could bring our furr babies. The pool was amazing and refreshing in the hot Florida weather. Alex was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

Value and Comfort

We rented this property for almost 2 months in February and March. The property is located in an established neighborhood within driving distance of many places - Orlando sights, Atlantic Ocean, etc. The house was clean and comfortable at an affordable price. The backyard was completely private, enclosed by a tall fence. This was great for our dog, as well as enjoying the inground pool. Alex was a very gracious host who was very concerned for our comfort. He offered that we can pick up whatever we needed if the house didn't already have it. We picked up a few incidentals for the kitchen, and he promptly refunded us the cost. He was quick to respond to any questions. We also enjoyed the benefit of the lawn, pool, and cleaning service that came on a regular basis. I recommend this stay.

What a Gem!!!!

This property beyond exceeded my expectations! The location is so close to the highway and food, without being congested. The home was incredibly clean and spacious. The back yard was well kept and the pool, WOW, the pool was the biggest hit. My family had a great time and our host was amazing and maintained communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will absolutely be renting here again for our next Florida trip!!

Great Property!

We were visiting family living in Debary so this was a great location to be near them, Orlando, and the airport. The house was perfect for 6 vacationers and the pool was a huge plus. I don't we'll ever go back to a hotel unless we are enroute to a place like this. Thanks for the great stay!
