This is the second time that we stayed at this property. It was very clean and good value for the money. My son lives in Deltona, so it was very easy to visit with him and our grandchildren. We would definitely rent this home again.

FANTASTIC HOUSE!

House was in the perfect location and is great for vacations and honeymoon in our case. 35 minutes to beach 45-1 hour from Disney. It was clean, stayed cool, beautiful backyard view, overall I’d stay here every time I visit. Cinthia the manager is always quick to respond which is always a huge plus!

Short getaway

This was a perfect place for my friends and I to meet in the middle of Florida. Super cute house. Very comfy beds and PLENTY of extra blankets and sheets. Very quiet neighborhood.

Surprise travels

My son and I came from Kentucky and my brother and his wife from Washington to surprise my dad for his 80th birthday. This is the first time I have rented and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Met all of our needs for the occasion and exceeded them with the back yard setting. Very comfortable and relaxing home.

Perfect place to stay

This was our first time using VRBO and honestly it was such an awesome experience. We arrived in Deltona to see our first grandchild. The home was very clean, neat and very welcoming. The home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, which included towels, a keurig, washer and dryer and all the necessities needed to eat. We enjoyed staying there so much we re-booked for our trip down to see our grandson again.

Cute, clean, serene place to work and chill with a view so relaxing!!

Making the reservation was so smooth. The email communication on top, and having the property manager texting me early morning on my arrival day made our stay confortable. The cute bunny came by a couple of times to hop a hello! Would definitely come back and refer to friends and family

Loved the location on the lake. King bed was very comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood. It was nice having the coffee every morning. It was very clean. Only concerns were it was very dark. The lighting is not good and the second bedroom bed was very small. I don't believe it is a standard twin size bed. It was very convenient location for all our adventures.

Great Value

We stayed in the house while here to visit family. The house was perfect for our needs. Specifically- -the house in nestled in a bit of woods with the beautiful lake out back, very private and secluded feeling-the beds were very comfortable-there were SEVERAL extras at this property that’s I’ve never seen at a VRBO before- k cups, spices, flour, sugar, an ice pack, laundry soap, countertop spray, trash bags, tin foil, sandwich bags, dish detergent, some canned goods, and many toiletries). The space itself was as pictured, and again exactly what we needed.Overall this suited our needs well. It was a nice distance from all our activities which included Blue Springs State Park, Disney, and Canaveral National Seashore. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great value and a beautiful house and property.

Just What I needed

After 12 inches of snow in Knoxville I needed some greener pastures. 7 Days of Golf!!!! This unit was everything as listed. The lake view was enchanting with a group of Sand Hill cranes that spent their days feeding in the with Lilly pads. Clean and comfortable with all your needed amenities. The beds and linen quality created a good nights sleep. Couldn't have thought of anything more needed...Complete the stay with a day on the lake with kayaks. Then smores by the fire pit. Host was great to answer if needed and was easy to access home. Cinthia the host even left a welcome gift, well taken. Thank You for the use. I Will Return if you'll have me ! Tim

Listing misleading

Twin beds are actually Cots…an adult or older child could not use. Parking in the garage should be listed for a small compact car, we had a Toyota Camry ( mid size) and would not fit at all. Kitchen equipped ok but could use some baking pans, was unable to use oven. Overall cute place and the back yard was really great.

Busy week

We had a very busy week planned while on property, and this space was perfect for our family. We appreciated having two bathrooms and our own space at the end of the day. The property manager also went above and beyond to be helpful!
