"The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that."

"Was not picked up or dropped off at the airport by shuttle. Front desk did send LYFT car and scheduled LYFT for the next day to take us back to the airport. Front desk clerk did not seem very happy to be working on a Saturday. Had a problem with toilet in room not flushing completely. Was told maintenance was gone for the day at 6PM when reported to Front desk. My husband had to use a restroom in the lobby that night and the next morning. Snack machines very limited. Unable to get across 6...

"This hotel is NOT in New Orleans. The city is listed as New Orleans in the name and as the city on Expedia. It is actually in Harahan. It's not even in Metairie! Getting an Uber from NOLA back was not only costly but nearly impossible. A driver said "nobody wants to go to harahan because they can't make money there."
