"The property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again."

"Memoir is a strange blend of residential property and hotel. Its association with the Common House adjoining is not very clear, although this is a great asset to the property (note that common house closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so if you’re staying on a Sunday night this is no use to you). My problems are that it wasn’t that clean - the hallways are dirty, residents place their trash in the hallways, and the walls are scuffed both in the hallways and the rooms. "This place was beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! We were right by everything in walking distance and the parking was right next door! The space was comfy and quiet! We parked and walked to all of our destinations! We definitely will come back to this place "
