"Gym was pretty light in terms of other hotel gyms I’ve been too. The pool and jacuzzi didn’t look clean so I didn’t even bother trying to go swim. Overall it was alright "

"The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that."

"Front desk and staff were very pleasant, medical building near by for my appointment. Clean room, up too late to have hotel breakfast. Plenty of shopping nearby. Will register again for next stay-thank ya "

"The sofa seats were broken, the shower was not working, and the towel hanger was severely damaged, making for a very bad experience. "

"Terrible they never cleaned my room and I have to go and ask for clean towels myself everyday also pools are not available. I ask for a refund on the second day and they said no refund after check in. Terrible breakfast too."

"Staff in the morning shift on 04/09/2026 is very unprofessional. They have not idea how treat the customer. I received the email from hotel this morning if I want to do late check out. The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer. I hope hotel ownership knows. They really need care the customer right "

"The best! I will not stay anywhere else when I’m in the Kenner area. The rooms are so cozy, fresh, and clean. I don’t know what they put on their bedding, but I always get the best sleep ever. The staff are warm and friendly. I like the variety of the hot breakfast bar. The location is so close to all the destinations I travel to, so it’s not hard to find my way back, being that I’m not from this area. "

Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. "

"Live cockroach on fridge. Dried up roaches in cabinet. A spill between beds and floor is filthy. I have no money to move hotels and they wont refund. Says it has to go theu expedia "

"I got in late at night. Room was clean, the bedding very comfortable and the gym had everything I needed. I will say it's an older property and you can see it in the hallways but the room was great. I would stay here again As a heads up the bottled water in the room isn't free unless you have a certain Hilton status... just go down to the gym and grab a cold bottle from the fridge in the gym. "
