Visit the Korloft located in Delta, Colorado. Enjoy the pleasers of a small-town atmosphere. The Korloft is an unexpected pleasure in downtown Delta Colorado. It is a luxury apartment with comfort and visual pleasure in mind, an open concept in a unique historical building with amazing features. The Korloft can welcome eight adults comfortably with a 2.5 bath and has a beautiful deck with a gas fireplace, plenty of seating a barbeque grill for outside entertaining. The Kor Loft has stairs.

This was an amazing place to stay! There are not many options in the small town yet even if there were I’d choose this one everytime! Clean, cozy, and unique! We loved it!

From the moment we arrived the place was charming and comfortable! You are greeted by art and beauty everywhere as the rooms are all very well decorated! The loft is a visual delight as well as a relaxing place to retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen is very well organized and fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals for yourself or a crowd!The beds are comfortable with lots of bedding and pillows. The bathrooms are plentiful and the showers have excellent pressure too! The living area couch is a delight for visiting or watching a family movie as it is huge and feels so nice to sit and relax. The patio is cute and has all the features needed to create a magical evening of visits over a gas fire pit lit by lights all around. Last but not least the entire stay was enhanced by the gracious hospitality and attention from the host!

The property was beautiful and well appointed. Very cool place to be with interesting art. Lovely patio. Would stay there again but never again in July. We arrived on one of the hottest days of the year. The AC was not on. The tall ceilings on the second floor of the old building created an inferno. It was HOT. we were miserable. Could barely breathe and certainly could not sleep. The small window unit air conditioners didn't touch the heat.

Fantastic place in Delta!

The Loft was absolutely fantastic. Great location, easy access to everything and the space was amazing! Beckie was such a gracious host and the Loft had everything we needed to make our stay a wonderful experience and time with family. Highly recommend!

Historic Hidden Gem

Really enjoyed staying here. It was extremely clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It is larger than it appeared in the photographs. Would 10/10 recommend staying here again - a hidden gem in Delta.

Excellent Accommodations in Delta CO

This is a very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed loft. It is very roomy and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be staying there again when we are in the area. We highly recommend it!!

Amazing property!

I’m not kidding when I say not only was this my favorite VRBO stay of all time (and that’s saying something), but I legitimately was trying to figure out how to make an offer to buy the place. It is WONDERFUL! Comfortable, right downtown, lovely artwork and overall design, amazing ceilings, lovely patio, comfortable furniture, ambiance, just delightful. We already planned our next western slope trip to stay here longer. I hesitate to say how much we loved it because I want it all to myself! For real though - to our hosts, if you ever want to sell, call me first! 😀

Absolutely wonderful!

This apartment is a gem! It is decorated beautifully, very clean, and fully stocked! There is plenty of room. I would love to sit on the balcony in the spring or summer. I will absolutely stay here the next time I’m in the area.

Delta Get Away Super Cool Loft!

Pictures do not do justice, this loft has a huge kitchen and dining area and living room with an incredible u shaped couch. Nice size patio with lots of seating and amazing location close to several restaurants and a great coffee shop just across the street. We were greeted with a homemade delicious apple bread and a super clean, well equipped home. Would definitely stay here again.

stay was great just one problem on listing as house not as a loft!!!! my husband just had four toes amputated i did not see no picture of stairs. it took 15min to go up and 15min to get down.it suck so when you list this u should say its not handicap and not a house. other tan that it was great!!! thank you

Beautiful loft apartment!

Our family was in town for a wedding and this beautiful loft apartment did not disappoint. It was very spacious and met all of our family’s needs. I left wondering where all of the blankets and decorations were from! The town was super neat with the murals around town and we enjoyed walking around some of the local shops.
