A few minutes after checking in, I requested another room due to the poor condition and dirtiness of the first room assigned to me. The second room was smaller but less dirty than the first. Due to my dissatisfaction, I requested an adjustment to the rate I had paid, since that same room was advertised on Expedia.com at half the price I was charged. But the manager, Rahul Singh, refused and made a series of excuses, pretexts, and lies to justify himself, including: 1) He offered to cancel the reservation, but at the same time told me that it was not possible because I had already checked in a few minutes earlier. 2) He offered to give me the half-price rate with a new reservation, but I also had to pay the previous rate for the first reservation because it was not possible to cancel it. In other words, I could simply do so and pay for it, and then decide which one to spend the night in. In short, the conflict was not about the cost, it was about the dirtiness, and his cynical and stupid behavior reflects contempt, greed, and indifference to basic good customer service. For these reasons, I do not recommend this filthy hotel, even if it were free.
