"Amazing breakfasts!"

"We stayed one night for a concert. The hotel is very nice and conveniently located to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the sink is outside the bathroom. Some people might like that but I have never been a fan. Shower was fantastic. I didn't have the breakfast the next morning but some of my group did and they said it was good. I would stay there again. "

"This hotel was a beautiful old building with unique architecture and comfortable, high-ceiling rooms. It was in a great location, allowing for easy walking to the arena, waterfront, and free tram. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a large population of homeless in the area that can make one feel unsafe, especially at night. It is not the fault of the hotel just an unfortunate reality of the times."

"Once again Loren was extremely accommodating and pleasant. I would love to have him as an employee!!! He goes above and beyond for even the littlest things. He is one of the main reasons we stay here, we have been coming for years for Bills games and vacations to Niagara Falls. Wish they offered bacon at breakfast, room pleasant, and hot tub and pool a huge plus! "
