"We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. We tried contacting them through the email message they presumably sent through Expedia, but there wasn't one. We didn't think there was a serous issue, or we would have called the...

"Easy parking, Starbucks, Panera and a grocery store nearby. First room had an unpleasant odor and we asked to be moved. The staff was helpful. Unfortunately, our second room smelled of cigarettes. Perhaps the air filters need to be changed?"

"Being on the first floor, you can hear a lot of noise from the people above you and they were shutting drawers until ten at night. The beds were outdated and sagged in the middle, it needs a good update. It is def one of the better places i have stayed in for the price."

"Our stay was a joy. Great room with wonderful view as we enjoyed our morning coffee. Room was maintained efficiently on a daily basis. The massage was one of the best we have experienced. AND the parking behind hotel made our daily adventures complete."

"My room was accessed in the middle of the night by a creepy old man who worked there, crept to my bed while I was sleeping naked with the lights turned off. Nobody seemed phased by this. I truly believe they are part of a human trafficking ring."

"The room was clean. I loved the black out curtains !! Breakfast was a combination of both Hot and Cold. We had the eggs, which weren't very warm. They were cold by the time we finished them. The breakfast staff was very pleasant. "

"This is always our go to hotel for when we visit my family. However this time there were a few issues with cleanliness. There were makeup stains on our sheets and dead flies in the window. We will stay here again but hope to see an improvement in those areas "

"They advertise they have a bar but when I asked for a jack and coke all they had was Pepsi. Sorry not the same taste. So then I asked for a whiskey sour and was told I dont know how to make that. I explained it and told we dont have the sour mix."
