"One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced! Though my stay was only one night, my family and I were extremely uncomfortable staying in this “run-down”hotel. I will avoid this location and possibly others within this chain at all costs!"

"The elevator did not work the entire time we were there (5 days). After speaking with the elevator repairman, he said that the building was struck by lighting 2 years ago and the elevator has been off and on ever since. They don’t tell the guests that prior to checking in which is absurd. My mother in law could not go up the stairs so we had to switch to a first floor. "The bed slept well, I liked having a kitchenette in the room. The only concern I had was during breakfast, there was ONE waffle maker, and about 30 persons eating breakfast. All other breakfast items were pre made and they looked fine."

"The staff were very nice. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived, but once notified it was fixed immediately. The pool was great for the kids and my husband and I enjoyed the gym. The space of the room was perfect and the kitchen area was well stocked."

"There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit."

"The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!"
