"My kiddos, partner and I had a job to do in Buffalo. We stayed in Tonawanda and our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, even though the heater was having a hard time. My kids want to live here."

"The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!"

"This hotel was an unexpected treasure. We found this on Expedia and stayed based on ratings which were spot on! A home away from home charming, elegant, great location with all the amenities needed for a comfortable fun stay. "

"The room was nice, clean and quiet. The large cabinet to hold enough clothes, iron and iron stand were provided. A nice desk was placed right beside TV. You can focus while you are at the desk. Bed was comfortable. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day at the breakfast room. Breakfast provided nice sets of hot and cold plates with variety of drink options. It was great place to stay for the rest. Thank you."

"This was our second weekend in a row staying at this location and it was even better. Our room was a lot cleaner and there was no moldy smell in the shower. We loved the bedding and spaciousness of the hotel in general. Breakfast was fantastic and fully-stocked with a variety of foods and hot protein which is especially important to us."
