Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever...

"Staff was awesome. Got there hours before check n, but the were able to accommodate my wife and I. Coffee was always fresh and stocked. Room was awesome. Very comfortable. We actually did use the pool and hot tub. Overall, we visit Ottawa this time every year and will never go to another place. This is the spot! "
