The condo is located in a mountain resort located in Dead Man`s Flats, near The Three Sisters Campground, and a close drive of Canmore, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise.
You’ll be just a… -5 min drive to Canmore. -25 min drive to Banff. -30 min drive to Kananaskis & Nordic Spa. -50 min drive to Lake Louise.
You can check our guidebook which will help you get more familiar with the area and find tons of things to enjoy.
In order to better enjoy the area, we really recommend renting a vehicle. You can either rent a car or a bike to move around as there is no public transportation. :)
- PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.
-We have one dedicated parking spot for our guest`s use.
-The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 7 ft.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
-Hot tub availability is weather-dependent Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:
1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
11. The resort requires guests to provide their vehicle details for parking registration. Hosts are not responsible for any parking tickets incurred by guests.

We had planned a family Christmas and New Year vacation in the Canmore Deadman Flats area. It was a clean three bedroom condo in the Rockies and served us well. Short drive to Canmore and Banff.
