"Great value for the location. Locally owned and managed. Very close to the Tonawanda trail which provides easy access to the Canal area. Room was very quiet. The microwave in the vending area was kept very clean! Yes, it's an older hotel but it's well kept and provides great value for the area."

"Customer service top notch Property is beautiful inside and out Room can’t me more welcoming, with every single small touch to make your stay feel like you are on a presidential suite. Fresh cookies and water complimentary (delicious cookies bakes fresh everyday) The rooms are immaculate which is the most important for us. Marble throughout, beautiful rooms, floors, foyer, front desk, decor, everything is perfect "

"The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!"
