"The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit."

"Our stay at this property was wonderful from top to bottom!!! Colleen was a responsive host, and gave us all pertinent details prior to our arrival. The unit was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable...we didn't want to get up! Spa-like bathroom (my favourite part of the apartment). Board games to keep the kids busy. A kitchenette with a cute little coffee bar. There was literally nothing we needed that we didn't find there."
