"Beware of this host. We booked with this property, never received check in information, efforts to call the host were answered with an automated system, then when passed to the next level, they never picked up the phone. Without check in information we had to book a different property. So we paid a night and didn’t stay. Weren’t even given so much as an address. Expedia got invoked and requested a refund and the host refused. I am a decades long user of Expedia and never been treated like this...

"The Condo was very clean, spacious and close to a shopping mall with all amenities. I gave a 4 rating because it was quite cold with no control on the air conditioning within the unit. There was a heater which we used (mid-July and outside temp was very hot) The owner did contact us and turned down the temp of air conditioner upstairs which helped. Owner was very accommodating and kept in touch with us."
