"This hotel was beyond dirty. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was very dirty."

"We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to."

"We preferred to have a burner cook top rather than being given upon request a well worn induction unit and only a coated fry that was scratched. We needed a cooking pot to boil eggs, but it wasn't available to work with the induction unit. Two tread mills avaliable in the fitness area and one was broken."

The walls appeared to have been recently painted so the baseboards were being worked on…there was sawdust on the carpet in the hallway, no biggie. "The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help.
