🏗️ RESORT RESTORATION
Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are now open and operational, portions of the property remain in various phases of repair and construction.
Guests should expect that some exterior and common areas of the resort may show signs of ongoing work during their stay.

⚠️ SEAWALL CONSTRUCTION
Seawall construction is currently ongoing at the resort and may create:
• Daytime construction noise
• Dust
• Equipment activity
• Temporary work areas
Construction activity is primarily on the south side of the property, and schedules and activity levels may vary throughout the project.
