Kick back & relax in this stylish space just steps from the beach, expansive beach views right from the window & door. It is an upscale, comfortable unit that is tucked away & private.

The community has a casual breakfast restaurant on site (serves mimosas, too!), 2 POOLS, including a kiddie pool & heated pool, & charcoal grills with patio tables right on the beach!!

Only 1 mile to Daytona Beach Main Street Pier, 1 min walk to a convenience store, & 0.4 miles to LandShark Restaurant & Bar.
The space
The space is comfortable with all essentials provided... Coffee, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and basic kitchen items like oil & seasonings. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, including beach gear like plastic cups (water cups, margarita cups, and wine cups to take to pool or beach) and beach chairs and beach towels. . The beach is only *steps* from the condo, and you can grill outside on the poolside, relax inside, or explore all that Daytona has to offer!

We offer romantic birthday/anniversary packages for a low fee (plus material cost). If you would like to add on, please let us know. It is sure to make your loved ones feel special... They include flowers, wine, candles, balloons, and battery operated candles. We will do our best to work with your preferences, at least 2 days notice is preferred.

Free parking for ONE car, NO TRAILER PARKING, sorry ;( Self check-in anytime. The building is a quiet building that was built in the 50's but is well maintained and close enough to the tourism of Daytona Beach but only a mile away from it so that you can choose peace or pleasure :)

Very private, tucked away unit. You will feel like you have your own piece of heaven!
