"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Lee was so kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He made us feel very welcome with our big dog and not at all a bother. The accommodation is well cared for and had everything we needed. Super close to a beautiful beach. And to top it off we were able to enjoy the kayaks that Lee offered. I would highly recommend. "

"The cabin we stayed in was the smaller of the 3, it is a little small with the bed down but still very comfortable for 2. There is definitely care that they put into these cabins, by how well they have been built. The bathroom is ample for 2 people and the Kitchenet has everything you need. The barbecue works well and the hosts make sure you have everything you need. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again it was that good and well worth the price for a weeks stay. "

"Excellent location, very peaceful. Check in was very easy and host was responsive to any requests. Accommodation was clean. Only complaint is that it stated in ad that it could accommodate 6 people, it cannot, 4 at best. "

"This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. The owner has amazing communication and provided an exemplary and low-stress experience. "

"These hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They even came looking to find us when we couldn’t find the entrance to their property! The stairs up to the loft sleeping area are very steep, but the bed was extremely comfortable. If someone can’t manage the stairs, there is a pull out sofa also provided. Great location when looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. "

"This is an amazing property! It’s very clean and everything we needed was there. The lake was so peaceful, and beautiful. The cottage is located in the woods which made it so private. The family loved swimming, kayaking, and fishing all week. We really didn’t need to do anything more than stay at the cottage. We are hoping to make it a yearly thing with family, considering that half of us live in Ontario and the other half are in Nova Scotia. Thank you again to Andrea for hosting us!!! "

"Only second time ever going to Nova Scotia. This was the first time on that side of the island. My wife and I and our dog really enjoy their stay here. Place was very clean. Very nice view. Everything is close by so if you need something at the grocery store or would like to go to the restaurant It is only around 10 minutes drive. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"This cabin was beautiful. Not the fanciest, bur exactly what we needed...quiet! Directions were spot on. GPS worked fine. Everything was stocked, the cabin was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great visit. Will recommend this listing to anyone that wants solitude. Only loons, an osprey, and an orange cat visited us. "

"Stayed w family in town for a celebration of life. House was spacious and kitchen well equipped for our family The house is very remote and access is 9 minutes down a bumpy dirt road 1 shower for a large group was a challenge "

"This cottage is the most incredible place. The house is amazing, in every detail. We were so impressed with how clean, organized, well-decorated and extremely comfortable it is. The views are breath taking from everywhere you look. The host, Beverly, was a delight to deal with. So responsive and helpful, providing us with several tips about the area, local cuisine and places to visit. "We were so happy at the camper, it had every convenience and was well stocked. It was a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day (in the recliner chairs (inside and outside) or the hot tub!). The location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, and very central to all the activities we took part in. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive to questions, and we would love to come back.
